Friday evening, we went to Nadia’s speech therapist, me, Hnat, and Nadia. After that, we went to Mormor, to spend a weekend there.
Most of the times we there it’s when they’re not there. It’s weird, yet it’s the parents of my wife. They give zero fucks about grandchildren. As much as they give about their own children. They behave like they are not relatives at all, and to me it’s very weird. It smells mental issues to me.
I’m used to this, and knowing them well now, I prefer not interacting with them. I don’t like them much. They never play with their grandkids. They have no concept of grandkids, it’s my kids to them. Not their grandchildren. Not even their daughter kids. However, I’m not sure there is any difference for them their daughter or their son-in-law. It feels like both are equally distant. It’s worth a separate series of stories, so I’m not going to spend much time on that right now.
They left the house early Saturday morning, and most of the Saturday we spent on our own. It was quite good. The most prominent thing was Hnat inventing this bicycle rides round the house.
We left for the rest of the weekend. Sunday was similar to Saturday. Mormor used me to root out some treesshe planted five years ago.
