I think that’s a nice idea to collect some pictures of universal items, especially pharmacy-related ones. That’s for a situation we’re in some foreign land and aren’t good with the local language. Espeically when offline.
E.g.
- bandage band
- syringe
- first aid kit
- ambulance
- sickness
That may sound too much of a planning, but there are situations when you may quickly need something, and it could be a life-and-death situation. I have never been in such a situation, and hopefully I’d never be. But still, as an idea, I think it makes sense.
You can show a picture to someone, and they’d understand. That’s better than trying to yell some English word to some local person in non-English speaking world. Especially when you’re just a tourist, you wouldn’t casually learn the language for a two-weeks trip, would you?
